Easter - Eat Caterpillars? -Start your Business Class - Little boy helps teach Primary

Enjoyed our Ethiopia District Easter Event. There were a couple of shorts talks but mostly music. We heard some solos and small choirs. Here's a few samples:

You don't want to miss this next part. 

We invite the sisters from upstairs over for Sunday dinners and they love our cooking. But they have a different side to what kind of food they really love. We interviewed these two lovely sister missionaries and asked them about the food they miss most from their home countries of Zimbabwe and Nigeria, Africa.

Then Sister Udoekong took a turn. She said they never eat worms or insects.

President and Sister Cowley were going to be out of town and asked us to teach the final lesson of "Starting and Growing My Business - Self-Reliance" class. We enjoyed helping out and shared a few of our own insights as well. 

Unemployment is extremely high in Ethiopia as we see people standing around everywhere we go. 

Sister Martin welcomes all children to the Primary classes. There are three little boys that pop in occasionally (all not members of our Church) and love to participate and learn. 

This time the mother came and went into Relief Society class. Since she didn't speak much English, The Branch President came in and asked the Primary President to go in and help translate. So Sister Martin and the young Elders were in charge of the lesson. 

The oldest of the three brothers also helped teach. Here he is shown teaching about Enos the hunter who went to pray in the wilderness and drew closer to God and Jesus through the experience.
