As part of our Accelerated Job Search and Education training class for missionaries going home, we sometimes go to lunch. The 2 Sisters in the class chose a nearby Chinese restaurant that we like. And it just happens to be "Chinese New Year". It was their first time eating Chinese food and the loved it.
This shows them giving their, "Me in 30 Seconds", to each other. When searching for a job, you often meet others that may have a connection to a field of labor you may want. This is a proven method to get information about a career you want, out to others in only 30 seconds. Sometimes it is known as the "Elevator Pitch."
We had several missionaries over for Curry Chicken and Rice before transfer and to say goodbye to Sister Sam.

And Sister Martin made some yummy brownies. She noticed that the Americans ate theirs, but the others couldn't finish them, so she put them in plastic bags so the could take them home.

Also Welcome to Sister Harrison from New Zealand and Elder and Sister Makuwa from Namibia, Africa. We had a fun evening with our Senior group and a few extras that were here to train the Makuwas. Is that Elder and Sister Oba back in Ethiopia? Yes, they flew back just to help do some training for a few days. The Makuwas will be helping with communications. Sister Piatt and Sister Harrison will be helping in the Mission Office.

"Look unto me in every thought. Doubt not, Fear Not."
Family Home Evening Fun
We had some fun games after a stirring discussion on the scripture in the New Testament where Jesus asks Peter, "Do you love me?" After Peter answers Yes, the Savior said, "Feed my lambs."
When we went to Utah a few weeks ago, I picked up some ball caps for a brother that is always wearing one.
We went to visit him at near his home and gave him the hats. Sadly, he explained that his house was getting torn down soon like so many other members because of the government city beautification project.
